At Beyond the Horizon Consulting LLC, every product and resource is created with the intention of supporting clarity, confidence, boundaries, and personal growth.

Please review our return and refund policy before purchasing.

Physical Products

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: hello@beyondthehorizonllc.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used journals

  • Opened card decks

  • Downloaded digital products

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items not in their original condition

Digital Products

Due to immediate access after purchase, all digital product sales are final.

Please carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.

Coaching Services & Workshops

Coaching sessions, workshops, and programs are based on reserved time and preparation.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund guidelines will be provided at the time of booking or within the specific coaching agreement.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
